How do I apply for a role at Milewood?
Simply browse our current vacancies, select the role you're interested in, and submit your CV. You'll receive a confirmation email once your application is submitted.
I don't have experience in Care - should I still apply?
Yes absolutely. If you're passionate, align with our values, and can demonstrate transferable skills, we'd still love to hear from you!
What happens after I apply?
Our hiring managers will review your application against the essential criteria for the role. If shortlisted, you'll be invited to the next stage - typically a formal interview.
Do you offer flexible or part-time roles?
Many of our roles offer flexible shift patterns and some of our roles are part-time. If you require specific working patterns, mention this during your application, we'll always try to accommodate where operationally possible.

What pre-employment checks do you do?
For our frontline roles, we require an Enhanced DBS certificates, 2 references that cover the last 3 years of employment history and a pre-employment declaration of any convictions or conflicts of interest.
